Hi, I'm Nina.
I didn’t grow up with perfect hair. In fact, I’ve been battling hair loss for as long as I can remember. Part of it was genetic. Part of it came from stress, hormones, lifestyle. But no matter the cause, the outcome felt the same. It was frustrating, lonely, and painfully visible all at once.
I started 360 Haircare not because I had the answers, but because I was tired of living without them.
This isn’t just a brand. It’s a journal
of trial, error, and healing.
Let me show you where it all began.
It started with a handful of hair.
I was in my twenties, brushing my hair when I noticed more strands coming out than usual.
At first, I ignored it. Blamed it on stress. Told myself it would pass. But day by day, my parting grew wider, my scalp more inflamed. I wasn’t just losing hair. I was losing confidence.
I tried everything people told me to, but...
Shampoos lined my bathroom shelf. Hair oils that promised miracles. DIY remedies from TikTok. Expensive products with beautiful packaging but no real results. The more I tried, the worse things got.
Eventually, the stress triggered psoriasis. My scalp burned and flaked, and nothing helped.
I decided to stop guessing.
One day, I looked at my reflection and didn’t recognize myself. That moment changed everything. I stopped chasing products and started chasing answers.
I began reading, researching, and diving deep into trichology on my own. I wasn’t officially enrolled yet, but I became my own test subject, obsessed with understanding hair and healing from within.
The first product took 3 years!
The Honey Hair Oil began as a passion project. I loved honey and believed in its healing power. But turning that belief into a real product wasn’t easy. It took several facilities and lab changes, countless eformulations, COVID-19 pandemic 😭, and years of testing.
When it finally launched, it sold out in minutes!
Learning as we go...
With our first product, it gave us tremendous opportunities to talk to our customers and learn their pain points. From there, we created products to solve our customers' hair and scalp challenges.
We discovered that most damage happened at night. That’s why we created our silk pillowcases.
We realized how shampoos were triggering scalp conditions. That’s why we made one that could cleanse gently without stripping natural oils.
Our hair mask was born from the frustration of masking damage instead of repairing it.
Turning obsession into education...
In 2022, I took a major step by enrolling in a Trichology course in London, UK, to master the science of hair and scalp health - transforming years of self-research into structured, evidence-based learning.
This journey taught me that true transformation begins with understanding the root causes behind every scalp concern, not just creating products.
It laid the foundation for 360 Haircare’s philosophy today:
