At 360 Haircare, we stand by the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and product exchanges only will be provided for eligible cases.

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact us at store@360haircare.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a return consignment on your behalf. Our courier partner will contact you to schedule the pick-up. This return process is free of charge for you.

- The item must be securely packaged for return. Please ensure all parts are included and packed properly.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us without approval.
- Any in-transit damage due to improper packaging by the customer may void the exchange eligibility. In such cases, no replacement or compensation will be provided.
